Refunds
Due to all floral arrangements being custom created, AVA PIPER & CO. does not allow returns. If an issue arise with your order please send us an email and we will try our best to resolve it. All Sales are final. Same for fresh, preserved florals and calligraphy suites.
Turn Around Time for Calligraphy
Our current lead time for our products are approximately four weeks or what’s documented in your contract. This does not include shipping. Contact a member from our team about rush orders .
Returns / Cancellations / Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges. Cancellations are accepted only within 04 hours of placing an order . Note: If your order is already out for delivery it can not be cancelled. If your order is already in the process of being made, it can not be cancelled.
Cancellations for Calligraphy orders are not accepted past 24 hours of purchase or contract . This type of order requires a great deal of time to curate and make availability for.
Delivery
Lost or Stolen Packages
We cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages once it leaves our possession and is in the car of the carriers. We will provide a tracking number for each purchased item.
